"Jeremy was one of four contractors that bid work for my 1930's bungalow located in Oak Cliff. His prices were fair and he delivered his bid for painting, carpentry, refinishing floors, and lock repair immediately, He arrived to the site early every morning and completed work on time. He had a positive attitude, was eager to do a good job and was certain to communicate questions, concerns, ideas and options clearly.
During the three weeks that he rehabbed my house, a difficult plumbing issue arose. Jeremy suggested that a plumber take a look before moving forward. The plumber examined the problem and determined it would be an expensive fix. After some research Jeremy was able to resolve the issue for half of the plumber's estimate.
Jeremy worked before, during, and after my move in and was happy to accomodated my schedule. He oversaw other contractors and I trusted my home with him."
